It’s nearly here. The 2009 North American Handmade Bike show is coming to Indy Feb 27th to March 1st. We’re only six weeks away from seeing some of the coolest creations from the minds of some of the worlds best known handmade bike builders.
This is the first time that the show will be held in our back yard and we’re rolling out the red carpet. The shows founder and organizer Don Walker has his shop on the west side of Indianapolis and has finally brought the passion and spectacle home.
If you’re like us, the only thing better than riding bikes is looking at bikes. I can’t wait to check out all the famed builders and their awesome creations.
Here are some links to pictures from last years show to wet your whistle.
For those of you in the local area, be sure to check out the ArtBike scene. It’s the combination of bikes and art. Catchy, huh? It takes place at all the great Mass Ave. galleries and ends with a giant party. Who doesn’t like a great party?
Be sure to tell your friends. Everyone has a list of riding buddies, so be sure to email them. And email them again once we get closer to show time.
Until then. We love that you love cycling.
